About Lenna
Lenna Minion attended Massachusetts College of Art & Design in Boston and film school in Los Angeles before launching her early career in show lighting and media façade design. During this time, she had the honor to work with many key clients such as Universal Creative and Walt Disney Imagineering on new construction and retrofit attractions, as well as with California’s top architects and engineers on multidisciplinary projects worldwide. This experience provided the opportunity to work internationally building Theme Parks in Singapore, Dubai, and Beijing.

In a theme park project management consulting role, Lenna Minion provided business development and supported the early design efforts of new themed entertainment projects in China, Indonesia, and UAE, and advised on technical matters for attractions in Japan.
She joined Universal Creative as the technical project lead for their marquee attraction, “Jurassic World Adventure,” at Universal Beijing Resort in Beijing, China. The project was delivered successfully during the pandemic and took home the ‘Outstanding Attraction’ THEA award in 2022.
Lenna Minion joint the IMG Theme Park team developing IMG Worlds of Adventure where she directed show elements and headed up the development and installation of several attractions, area development, F&B, and retail in a Marvel themed land for the IMG Group owned worlds largest indoor theme park.
Lenna joined the Resorts World Sentosa project team in Singapore leading the design and installation of parkwide lighting and controls for Universal Studios Singapore. After completing the first gate, she continued the project as a member of the “Transformers the Ride” team while finishing S.E.A. Aquarium, the Maritime Xperiential Museum, four hotels, and the Adventure Cove Waterpark, finalizing and fulfilling RWS’ West Zone resort expansion.
